Shipping policy

After your order is processed, it will be shipped from our warehouse in Toronto Canada or India. Orders made after 11 am New York time will not be shipped out until the next business day. Orders made after 2 pm New York time on Fridays will be shipped on the following Monday.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 impacts, shipments may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability. Please allow extra time for shipping and reach out to us if you have any questions.

Please note - to ensure the safe arrival of your package, we strongly recommend that all orders require a signature for delivery. You can opt out of this on the checkout page at your discretion. A.T.L.R. is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages that are placed without a delivery signature requirement.

VersaStrength offers free UPS shipping on all orders over $125; orders below $125 will be charged a flat rate of $7.95.

You also have the possibility to be choose and to pay for an express UPS delivery.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
